For the benefit of people who don't read the wiki, toothycat.net has been down intermittently since yesterday due to hardware failure. We're going to be moving to a new hosting arrangement starting tomorrow evening, expecting to complete the move by Sunday. People whose domains we provide web hosting for will need to update their DNS records; if all goes well, I will give further details on Friday evening. My apologies for the downtime.
