Which one? Have you had it / are you having it replaced?

I was explaining my worries about losing teeth to a friend of mine the other day. He said: "Oh that's no problem, my front two teeth got knocked out when I was younger". I was astonished - his teeth look perfectly normal (well actually all his teeth look fantastic, but then he's American, so that's what you expect).

Woah, I had a cap on my back tooth fall off again last night, and was talking to Faye how I should really just get an implant in its place. Just can't really afford it right now.
