This Sunday and next Sunday at 6pm, I'm singing in the choir for a Carols by Candlelight service at Eden Chapel - that sounds very posh but it's not, it's about twenty-five people who volunteered and have been at rehearsals for the past three weeks (I'm a bit nervous about it, because I'm singing alto, which means I can't rely on knowing the tune like I usually do. But it's better than last year, when I sang tenor because we were so short of pitch-enabled men XD ).

So anyway, if anyone fancies a bit of carol singing with candles, let me know - we can go out for food after or something :)

That sounds nice! I'll pencil in the Sunday, have to see how I am feeling if that's ok, feeling a bit under the weather. :)

Cool :)
We can't come this weekend because we're going to another carol service, but we might come next weekend. (Then the weekend after is our own church's carol service, which we're singing in the choir for. Yay, lots of carols.)

Do the audience/congregation join in, or do they just listen?

Both - there are two choir songs, and the rest of the carols will be sung by everyone (everyone who wants to, anyway :)
