I swear this time last year Google Shopping wasn't anywhere near so full of Hong Kong dropshippers that lie about being UK mail order companies with the goods you want in stock and ready to ship the next day, take your money then spend weeks stringing you along while they work out if they actually can get hold of the stuff you ordered at all.

The original one was rather inexpensive. How much was the Amazon one?

£78 including postage, but it's a little bit bigger. I did look at the £60 ones but they are tripod not hanging :( There's a selection of cheaper ones a Google search throws up, of course, but, well, I'm through with trusting that I think.

Motorised ones are 3-4 times that. Also, this is the very small end of the projector screen range. If I'd gone for a short throw projector I'd be looking at screens double that width and triple that cost. And also maybe a new house.
