I'm impressed with how good Google translate is with Russian (http://64.233.179.104/translate_c?hl=en&u=http://romantiki.ru/forum/viewtopic.php%3Ft%3D2499&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dhttp://romantiki.ru/%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dcom.ubuntu:en-GB:official%26hs%3Dj48).
When it says runtime: 65 min (5 episodes) does it mean 5 episodes, each 65 minutes (which seems very long) or 5 episodes coming, in total, to 65 minutes (which seems very short)?
The only thing that concerns me is that I don't know what Russian sounds like (as opposed to having a very general sentence-cuts-off-here sense in Japanese) so I may be more prone to mis-aligning dialogue if the same person speaks for too long.
I'm sure I'll start to get the hang of it though so I'd certainly like to give it a try.

Date: 2007-12-09 11:58 pm (UTC)Hm. o3.ru sell it for £10, but won't ship CDs or DVDs outside Russia :( Would have to wait until someone next travels there...
EDIT: looks like there may be options. I may well take you up on that, then ;) - it would be very cool...
