Sep. 5th, 2004 11:45 pmExpensive rack mount servers. Oooh, yes, you could get a house in the North for that much. Wait, what? (Screenshot for when they fix it - it's the bottom one).
"Contact us" pages don't appear to list any email addresses anywhere obvious. I guess the quickest way to let them know would be to order one.. who wants to risk it first? ;) TIAJ
(Note: yes, it's certainly tempting to click "go to checkout", and AIUI current precedent is they'd be legally obliged to fill the order, but I suspect they'd find a way of charging you the 30 grand, so don't do that. I rather like DABS and don't want them to go bust like the last online shop to make a typo of this sort, so have contacted them by replying to an old invoice, but no idea if anyone human actually reads that.)

Date: 2004-09-05 05:30 pm (UTC)I once tried very hard to find a way to get Dabs to replace a broken gigabit managed switch in a hurry, and couldn't find any way of contacting a human. In the end I went direct to HP, which was a whole different set of pain, but at least got the switch replaced with a working one.
